Cancellation Policy

Hello, if you need to cancel your hair appointment, please try to give us a 24-hour notice. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, in the event of a late cancellation, a deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, a rescheduling fee will be charged at the time of booking. All deposits are allowed to be transferred one time. After that, a new deposit is required to book an additional appointment.
